Today is the 31st day of my new life. I celebrated in Regina with our goodfriends Rick and Alexis, by going to my new favorite place...........Mongoli Grill. Not much of a celebration, but it was so nice to have their company. We miss them alot, and don't get a lot of time to visit with them.
I weigh in on Thursday. I think things will go a bit better then it did last week. We shall see...........
I have created this blog, as my form of willpower and commitment to change my lifestyle. I have decided that I want to share this change in my life people who will be watching and supporting me. I may need that kick in the azz, or suggestions to keep me motivated and on track. Thank you for supporting me!!!!! Let the change begin....................
